Ole & Obrigado Founder Patrick Mata has travelled extensively throughout all the corners of the Iberian Peninsula in search for the fine wines that they represent. Throughout all these years Patrick discovered many extraordinary food products that he will add to his suitcase to later bring to his home in New Rochelle NY. With the years, the demand for this local food products from Spain grew among Patrick’s friends and Patrick started to use some of the space in his wine containers to bring small amounts of these food delights. Today Mata Selections allows foodies in the U.S. to access some of the most hidden extraordinary products from Spain.
